Responsibilities
- Develop overseas markets through B2B platforms, email and social media; handle customer inquiries, quotations and negotiations, follow up the entire order process, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, follow up on their needs, handle inquiries and after-sales issues, and increase the repurchase rate.
- Follow up order execution, coordinate with production and logistics, track production scheduling, shipment and customs documents, control delivery times and ensure smooth order delivery.
- Collect overseas market and competitor intelligence, organize customer files and keep business data records.
- Attend domestic and international exhibitions; receive customers and conduct business negotiations.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above, majoring in International Trade or Business English preferred; fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate independently via email and online, and read English documents.
- Foreign trade experience preferred; familiar with B2B platforms such as Alibaba International Station and export procedures; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, strong goal orientation, able to work under sales pressure, proactive and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Office software, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Industry experience optional; machinery, wheel or auto parts industry background preferred.
