Completed the R&D and mass production of 20-inch, 24-inch and 25-inch wide-body vehicle, mining vehicle and mining equipment wheel series, successfully entering the wide-body vehicle and mining equipment supporting market; passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, consolidating the foundation for standardized enterprise development.
Mass Production Stage
Promoted production equipment iteration and upgrade, and built standardized production lines. Successively introduced rim rolling lines, disc spinning, butt welding and flash welding specialized equipment, adopted special hot-rolled section steel for rims, and set up core processes such as machining and dynamic balancing, significantly improving product consistency. The product matrix expanded to mainstream truck and bus wheels, and entered the special vehicle supporting field; wide-body wheels achieved supporting for mainstream domestic OEMs, continuously enriching construction machinery wheel specifications, with business coverage steadily broadening, market share growing steadily, and after-market service business laid out synchronously. Introduced the IATF16949 automotive industry quality system, building a complete quality management system; established a professional wheel laboratory with full inspection and testing capabilities including dimensional inspection, dynamic balancing, sealing test and fatigue test.
Scale Expansion & Specialization
The enterprise relocated entirely to Jining Economic Development Zone, undergoing multiple rounds of technical transformation and production line upgrades, achieving dual breakthroughs in production capacity and product quality, with major progress in OEM supporting business. On the production side, Q355 and SW400 series low-alloy high-strength steel were applied on a large scale, weld inspection and raw material incoming re-inspection processes were added, and large-size wide-body vehicle wheels were put into production; welding robots, non-destructive testing and other intelligent equipment were deployed, with manufacturing capabilities continuously advancing. A dedicated R&D team was formed to carry out patent technology layout, achieving the transformation from follow-up imitation to independent R&D, and jointly developing special new materials for wheels with steel mills. Products covered the full series of commercial vehicle wheels, expanding wide-base, large-inch wide-body vehicle and construction machinery wheel categories, and launching R&D on rigid mining vehicle wheels, building a complete product specification matrix. Grew into a major supplier in the domestic heavy truck industry and a core supplier of wide-body vehicle wheels, with steadily growing market share in domestic wide-body vehicle wheels, and achieving small-batch overseas exports. Continuously deepened the implementation of the IATF16949 system, improved process inspection and fatigue testing capabilities; established a supplier control system to implement full-process quality control over key raw and auxiliary materials such as steel and welding consumables.
Multi-Technology Integration
Overcame core processes such as hot forming of large-size rims and thick-plate welding; in response to mining vehicle wheel supporting needs, applied normalized steel such as Q355NE, implemented heat treatment and UT ultrasonic testing processes, and introduced FEA finite element simulation analysis technology to empower product R&D. Achieved domestic substitution of mining dump truck wheels, capable of providing non-standard customized wheels according to customer working-condition needs, with product performance benchmarked against overseas imported similar products.
Future Outlook
Launched the MES production management system, accelerating digital factory construction. Deepened the implementation of new material technologies, laid out circular economy related businesses; focused on unmanned mining and new energy vehicle fields for wheel product R&D; explored full life-cycle wheel management services, and deeply participated in the compilation and formulation of industry standards. Adhered to the integrated development of products, technology and services, promoting the enterprise to transform from a component manufacturer to a wheel system solution service provider.
